How ViewBounty Works

Learn how ViewBounty connects indie app builders with content creators through pay-per-view campaigns funded in USDC.

What is ViewBounty?

ViewBounty is a marketplace that connects indie app builders with content creators. App developers post campaigns with a USDC budget, and creators earn money for every view their content generates.

How the platform works

The process is simple and transparent for both sides:

1. App creators post campaigns

If you have an app you want to promote, you create a campaign on ViewBounty. You set your app details, a content brief describing what kind of videos you want, which platforms you want to target (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X), and your CPM rate (cost per 1,000 views). Then you deposit USDC to fund the campaign.

2. Content creators pick campaigns

Creators browse active campaigns and choose the ones that match their audience and interests. They create a video following the campaign brief, post it on the specified platform, and submit the link on ViewBounty.

3. Views are tracked, creators get paid

ViewBounty tracks the view counts on submitted content. Creators earn based on verified views at the campaign's CPM rate. Payments are made in USDC on the Base network, so anyone in the world can receive them with minimal fees.

Why USDC on Base?

USDC is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar. By using USDC on the Base network, ViewBounty enables instant, low-cost payments to creators anywhere in the world, with no bank account required. Gas fees on Base are typically fractions of a cent.

Who is it for?

ViewBounty is built for indie developers and small teams who want to get their apps noticed without the overhead of traditional influencer marketing. On the creator side, it is open to creators of any size, from micro-creators with a few hundred followers to established influencers.
